Prior to partnering with SPED Strategies, Diana served elementary students, educators, and schools in Washington, D.C., Chicago, New Jersey, and New York as a Teacher, Assistant Principal, Interim Principal, Graduate Advisor, and Special Education Consultant. Most notably, Diana founded a Special Education Department committed to responding to the academic and social-emotional needs of the “whole child,” through Multi-Tiered Systems of Support and Trauma Informed Care. During her free time, Diana enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching medical drama television shows, reading romance novels, and eating boneless buffalo wings (with blue cheese)! Diana is originally from New Jersey, but currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
