Prior to partnering with SPED Strategies, Rachel worked with several federally-funded national special education data centers and served as the Executive Director of Data Services at the Tennessee Department of Education. Across this work, Rachel has focused on special education data, IDEA federal reports, and using data to support and improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Rachel lives outside of Nashville, TN on a farm where she enjoys spending time with her dogs, horses, and mini-donkeys.
